    The medical school is the most difficult, no doubt. The medical profession as well as being associated with the noble task of saving lives, is also associated with the old Brazilian aristocracy - It has always been a profession linked to the wealthier social classes, with greater financial resources. Such factors always determined the development of this profession. However, there are other related professions will health - such as nursing, speech therapy, psychology, nutrition, physiotherapy, among others that has a good pay.

* Career: 

> Medium length of graduation: 6 years. 
In the first two years, the student learn basic disciplines, as 
Pathology and Anatomic. They have contact with patients only in the third year.

> After graduation, the doctor that wants to specialize in some area must do the residency. It is recognized as a post-graduation. Takes from two to five years. To enter the residency, the student must be approved in an exam. 
Completing the residency, the professional has the title of specialist.

> The doctors that do not want to take residency are known as general practitioner, working on duties or in emergencies.

Dr. Rey

       Dr. Roberto Miguel Rey Júnior 

 Dr. Robert Rey is a Brazilian plastic surgeon and one of the presenters of the Reality Show Dr. 90210 (featured in United States on the E! Entertainment. In Brazil, RedeTV! exhibits it and is known as Dr. Hollywood).
 He was born in São Paulo, Brazil, son of Avelina Reisdörfer and the engineer Roberto Miguel Rey. The family lived in São Paulo until 1974, when Rey, with 12 years old, and his brother and two sisters went to United States. 

 Rey married his wife Quebec-born Hayley Rey in 2000. They have 2 children, Sydney and Robby. They live in Beverly Hills, California.

 He received a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Biochemistry. He has a Master's degree in Health Policy from Harvard, and an M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1990.
 Rey did a three year general surgery residency at Harbor UCLA, and completed his plastic surgery residency in 1997 at the University of Tennessee-Memphis Health Science Center. He subsequently undertook an aesthetic and breast reconstruction fellowship at the Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is licensed to practice medicine in California and Massachusetts. He currently serves as a medical correspondent for The Insider and NBC4 news. 

 In 2004, Rey became the star of the reality television series Dr. 90210 (Dr. Hollywood). It showcases both his and other surgeon's practices, the surgeries and patients, as well as his family life. He is also noted for his work on 
celebrity patients, including an episode of Dr. 90210 featuring John Travolta's niece's breast augmentation.
